Day to day the cameras of mobile are going on increasing in the pixel rate first it was 2,3.2,4,6,8,12,24,48 and now it was 64 too.

The reason is the sensor in the mobile is so low and the pixels are very compressed in that but in camera the pixel size is very high which make the photography looks so nice compared to the mobile.
The actual reality
The result photo of the camera won't depend on the pixels of the camera but it depends on the sensor of the camera and the processing of the image.
So that is the reason why the mobile have more pixel to the DSLR but less quality of image compared to a DSLR.
